Marketing is changing rapidly, especially for consumer tech startups. Ayopop is looking for a smart and analytical rockstar to lead our marketing team. The role demands the candidate to experiment across marketing channels and will be focusing mainly on customer acquisition side.
You are responsible for the overall installs and retention including all initiatives associated with those. Mainly focusing on acquisition side and analysing daily channel split and its CAC.
Clear reporting with Channel split, Retention Cohorts, CAC and Cost to Acquire a New Transaction, etc. Need to have number crunching capabilities. Drilling down to what worked and what didn’t. Have closely worked with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer or similar industry tools for benchmarking and tracking.
Have prior experience in handling a large sum of budget and allocation between ATL & BTL. Proposing different activation activities, affiliate channels, ideas around digital marketing and help to drive retention.
By default you must know all marketing terminologies and industry benchmarks for app installs, action, transaction between channels and medium (Android vs iPhone).
Have proven track-record in hitting targets and executing on-ground + online campaigns. Can take up and be hands on in taking responsibilities towards meeting targeted KPI monthly, weekly and daily.
Working closely with other departments such as Product, Support, Commercial and Finance.
You will have a team that reports directly to you (Graphic Designer, Growth & Digital Marketing). Important to have leadership and decision making skills.
Candidate must have prior 3 or more years of experience in a consumer facing startup or having worked in marketing department in Banking or a Telco industry.
This position will report directly to the Founding team.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Having entrepreneurial and customer mindset is super important.
